Developing the Workforce is exactly what the Fayette County Career Center is all about. As an affiliate site to the Memphis Area Career Center, the Fayette County Center works in partnership with several agencies, including the Department of Labor and Workforce Development, (Division of Employment Services) and (Division of Adult Education and Literacy Activities), the Department of Human Services (Vocational Rehabilitation) and (Family Assistance), Southwest Tennessee Community College, Job Corps, Senior Services, Tennessee Technology Center at Whiteville, Workforce Investment Network, Fayette County Board of Education and the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce. to provide employment and training related services to employers, job seekers and veterans.
